We offer free delivery to all major South African city centres for all orders including delivery of orders paid for using discount coupons or vouchers.
A courier surcharge may also be levied depending on the delivery address outside the borders of South Africa and is within the courier’s discretion.
We aim to process your order as quickly as possible. Delivery is made within five to seven working days of the order being processed (Standard delivery, and depending on the payment method used). Native Décor only ships orders via courier from Monday to Friday, during office hours and does not operate on public holidays. We are not liable for any damages, losses, charges or expenses arising from errors made by the couriers.
All packages can be tracked on the courier company’s website by making use of the tracking reference that we provide you with once your order has been dispatched. When completing your details for delivery, it is advisable to enter your work address or address that is normally occupied during office hours.
In the event that there is an unexpected delay we will communicate this to you via phone or email.
